How do I register for My Explore?
Please note these are instructions for logging into My Explore, the platform that allows you to manage your booking and view documents. If you are looking for how to access our On Tour app, please visit here.
Step 1 - Register on My Explore
From our main website, please click on the My Explore icon in the site's header to access My Explore.
Select the "Register" option and complete your details.
IMPORTANT: Please register using the same email address that you used to make your booking with.
Step 2 - Check your email and click on the link to activate your account
After registering on My Explore, an email will be sent to the email account you registered with. This email should be received within a few minutes of you completing your registration; however, if you haven't received it by this time, please double-check your SPAM folders.
Within this email is a button to activate your account. This will return you to My Explore and a message to confirm that your account has been activated will be shown. You should then be able to login to My Explore using your email and password.
