I'm having trouble logging into My Explore

If you’re having problems signing in to My Explore, don’t worry — here’s how to get back in quickly.

Step 1 - Reset your password

Resetting your password will:
✅ Unlock your account immediately (no need to wait 4 hours)
✅ Send you a new password so you can log in right away


Step 2: Click the link in the email to reset your password

Once you’ve filled out the password reset form, we’ll send an email to your inbox. Just click the link in that email to reset your password and set a new one.


Important: Check your email address

Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you made your booking. This is the one linked to your My Explore account.
