How do I book a transfer?

Need an airport transfer? Here’s what you need to know first:

✅ To request an arrival or departure transfer, we must have your full flight details
✅ Providing your flight information helps us arrange the right transfer and keep your tour leader informed
✅ Without flight details, we can’t guarantee a transfer, even if it’s included in your trip
✅ Flight details should be provided at least 30 days before departure

If you don’t have transfers arranged yet (you can check this in the Itinerary section of My Explore), you can request them by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Travel Extras section of My Explore

  2. Select Transfers

  3. If you have more than one booking, choose the booking you want to book transfers for

  4. Note: You can only request transfers for bookings where you’ve already provided flight details and the departure date is at least 30 days away

  5. If you already have transfers booked, they will be displayed here. To amend an existing transfer, please contact our support team directly

  6. Double-check that you’ve provided the correct flight details — we need this to book transfers at the right times

  7. You can request an arrival transfer, a departure transfer, or both using the form

  8. Use the comments box in the form to provide any additional information you’d like us to know

Once submitted:

Our team will check your flight details to confirm if you qualify for an arrival and/or departure transfer. We aim to process all requests within 5 working days.

If your transfers are confirmed, we’ll update your booking and resend your booking confirmation email with the updated details. You’ll also see the transfers in the Itinerary section of My Explore and in your final documents, which we’ll send 30 days before departure.
