What do I do if I have booked with Explore on a flight inclusive basis and the airline has cancelled?

Airlines are making a high volume of schedule changes or cancelling flights at present. As part of the booking process we add your contact details to your flight which means that airlines will often notify you at the same time as us of these changes. Please rest assured that  Explore is notified of all airline cancellations/changes. We will be in touch with customers in departure date order with alternate options and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

On occasion there may be urgent late changes or cancellations for flights within the next 24 hours. For these please contact the Customer Service Team on +44 1252 391160 to discuss. If the changes come through outside Explore's office opening times then you can contact our duty manager - their number can be found in your Final Documentation.
