When will I receive my Final Documents?

Final documentation will be emailed to the lead passenger 3 weeks before travel.

If you have booked closer to departure you will receive your final documentation once we have confirmed all required services.

Final documentation will include full flight details including flight booking reference, a list of all the accommodation used on the trip including addresses plus the contact details for our local agent in country as well as our UK duty manager number.
