What do I do if I can't find my transfer?
On arrival at your destination, you should clear immigration, collect your luggage and make your way through customs to the exit. An Explore representative will be waiting for you in the public waiting area, and will be carrying either a red and white Explore sign or a sign with your name on it. Please look out for them as it is probably easier for you to spot them in a crowded area, than for them to spot you. Please be aware that this is a shared transfer, so may include passengers arriving within an hour slot.
If you can't find them then please refer to your Final Documentation which will give you the telephone number for your local contact who will be best placed to let you know where the transfer is.
